Exciting Opportunity at Gold Group

Esher, Surrey is the location for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a growing construction consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting our leadership and driving business growth.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of services to our residential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Budget estimates and cost planning
  • Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works production
  • Contractor tender review and contract administration
  • Final account negotiations and valuations
  • Junior team support and mentorship

In return, we offer a competitive salary package including:

  • £50,000-£70,000 starting salary

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' post-graduate experience in a consultancy environment
