The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in budget preparation and cost planning
  • Expertise in producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works
  • Strong contract administration skills with contractor tender review
  • Ability to negotiate final accounts and perform valuations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
