The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager/Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference and progress their career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in your store to generate money to support disabled children and their families
  • Create an extraordinary shopping experience for customers
  • Develop and support a culture of operational excellence within your team
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and store team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Maximise retail sales and profit through effective day-to-day management of a sales team

Requirements

  • Commercially minded with a focus on delivering operational excellence
  • People orientated with a customer-centric approach
  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work effectively with the Store Manager and store team
  • Flexibility to cover additional hours and work at other Newlife stores as required
