Retail Stocktake Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Stocktake Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock taking
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a stocktaking or inventory management role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
