About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle. As a Spa Therapist, you will work closely with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have an exceptional experience within our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our 'Feel Good Health Club Team', you will:
- Deliver the best possible guest experience every time, in line with Interstate brand standards
- Work closely with your team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Be engaged, move with purpose, and serve with enthusiasm
- Understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against and work hard to positively influence these while on shift
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will have a strong personality and a real flair for hospitality. Spa Therapist-related qualifications are essential, with a NVQ level 3 in Beauty therapy required for consideration.
