Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of clinics, including dealing with referrals, filing, and booking appointments.
- Collate patient satisfaction results and maintain accurate records on the EMIS system.
- Ensure agendas for meetings are up to date and correct, and inform patients/carers of appointment details in a timely manner.
- Follow systems and procedures to manage patient journeys effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in the development of administrative processes to ensure continued efficiency and quality of information provided to patients.
- Work with the Deputy Head of Planned Care to develop effective administrative processes and ensure the accuracy of information held on waiting lists.
- Ensure all information collected is held securely and in confidence, and respond quickly to requests for information in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Undertake relevant training where necessary and carry out general office duties, including photocopying.
