Job Title: Process Development Specialist

About the Role:

The company is seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to join their team in Berkshire. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise resources to undertake trials and document data generated
  • Submit samples as requested by customers and for analysis
  • Carry out process validation of factory equipment to ensure site requirements are met
  • Work with NPD and Operations to deliver right first time products

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need good project management and problem-solving skills, as well as relevant experience from within a food manufacturing environment. A relevant degree and customer-facing experience are also desirable.

What We Offer:

The Process Development Specialist role is based in Berkshire and offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 according to experience. The package includes 31 days holiday, employee assistance program, life insurance, sickness pay, company pension, and other benefits.

Working Hours:

This is an office-based role with office hours working Monday to Friday.
