Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two programmes in collaboration with senior members of the research team and administrative staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage research work by project members to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure according to University policies and the terms and conditions of the funders.
  • Assist the HR team in the preparation of recruitment exercises following University and NDM recruitment policies.
  • Assist the Research Services team in the preparation of contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant area of science, finance, or management studies, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of finance, grants, and/or scientific project management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: scientific programmes, clinical trials, grants and financial systems and reporting, contracts and research agreements, or university administration systems.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a higher education institute.
