Project Support Specialist
Our client, a renowned design-led manufacturer, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Support Specialist to join their talented team. Located in South West London, this role offers a great working environment and opportunities for career advancement.

As a key member of the Projects & Sales Team, you will provide essential support with project and sales activities, ranging from administrative tasks to high-level communication with clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project and sales documentation, managing new enquiries, communicating progress to team members and stakeholders, and facilitating the flow of information between the organisation and clients.

  • Assisting and supporting the Projects & Sales Team members
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers to gather necessary details for quotations
  • Reviewing and responding to daily general enquiries via email and phone calls
  • Updating financial records, including deposits and balances received
  • Managing stock levels and labelling of standard client samples
  • Ensuring client purchase orders align with invoicing and project requirements
  • Document control of client project packs
  • Assisting in building up details for the organisation's product archive
  • General office duties, such as ordering supplies and handling post


To excel in this role, our client requires a candidate with excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong communication skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, meeting deadlines while developing operational processes.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client's location in South West London, Monday to Friday.
