About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dawsongroup bus and coach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maximizing the potential of our bus and coach fleet.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information and sales performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Essential: A full UK driving licence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid education with basic knowledge of vehicles and transport.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in the bus and coach industry or commercial vehicle rental, familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining sales databases, and a deep understanding of Dawsongroup's product range.
