About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in delivering a fantastic program for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
  • Coordinate group activities, including games, arts and crafts, and sports, to ensure a fun and engaging experience for the children.
  • Work closely with Group Leaders to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of the children.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of the children under your care.
About You
  • 17 years old or over.
  • Available to work during the School Holidays.
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's.
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given).
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
