Role Overview

Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. Our Sustainability Advisory team is seeking an experienced Climate Adaptation Consultant to join our Environmental group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct climate resilience assessments within the impact assessment process.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to support the design of climate-resilient projects.
  • Work with clients to develop adaptation strategies and action plans.
  • Provide clear presentations and reports meeting varying client requirements.
  • Assist or lead on business development activities, including client presentations and bid preparation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with experience specializing in climate adaptation, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience working on a range of climate risk and adaptation projects.
  • Previous experience analyzing climate projections would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and application of climate risk assessment methodologies.
