As a key enabler to change and business improvement, our Senior Quality Assurance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of our quality management system.

The successful candidate will have effective knowledge and application of quality management systems, strong analytical and reporting skills, and good knowledge of management principles and operational controls. They will also have experience in development and implementation of tools and techniques in an operational environment, a high level of knowledge and understanding of current industry standards and regulations, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and data analysis tools.

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Deliver delegated elements of an annual business plan to time and budget
  • Manage and facilitate external certification audits
  • Provide expertise and guidance in supporting achievement of new certifications
  • Organise and facilitate internal audits
  • Lead audits and produce audit reports
  • Investigate root cause analysis and recommend corrective measures

Requirements:

  • Effective knowledge and application of quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of management principles and operational controls
  • Experience in development and implementation of tools and techniques in an operational environment
  • High level of knowledge and understanding of current industry standards and regulations
