Senior Care Professional

This Senior Support Worker role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting young people with complex needs. You will be responsible for leading shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager, and ensuring that our team of Residential Care Workers are up to date with all mandatory learning.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a residential setting and will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
As a Senior Support Worker with us, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.40 - £14.22 per hour, plus a range of benefits including free on-shift meals, parking, and paid sickness leave.
