Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and snacks to our students, ensuring that all meals are presented to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to our students, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in food safety training and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Cover absences in other Caterlink primary schools in Felixstowe, requiring a car for this role.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering an efficient service to our students, while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
- Reliable transportation, with a car required for covering absences in other schools.
