Customer Service Advisor

Location: Ipswich
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 17.30 and 9.00 to 17.00 on Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of our customer service strategy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
