About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Taylor & Francis. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in partnering with hiring managers across the globe to develop effective recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment plans that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with local HR teams to provide recruitment assistance and support
  • Interview and assess candidates for key roles and senior hires
  • Support the delivery of the global recruitment process and educate managers on best practice recruitment processes
  • Identify opportunities for combined resourcing activities across the business
  • Ensure all recruitment advertising is compliant with relevant legislation and company policy
  • Promote Taylor & Francis' recruitment messaging and brand across various channels
  • Support the global TA team and other teammates on ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of partnering with business stakeholders to support recruitment activities
  • Strong global knowledge of recruitment practices
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice on interviews and assessment, alongside knowledge of appropriate HR legislation
  • Knowledge and experience of HRIS/ATS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and a process improvement approach
  • Deadline-driven, with good time management to balance competing demands
  • Demonstrable experience of partnering with stakeholders to support recruitment activities
  • Knowledge of working with recruitment systems and maintaining a high level of data integrity
