Our company is at the forefront of delivering fusion energy through design and delivery of the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) prototype fusion plant. We are establishing ourselves, setting up the company, attracting talent, engaging with industry, developing a supply chain, and planning and constructing the STEP prototype.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up. You will work closely with leadership, partners, and stakeholders on workforce planning and champion diversity and inclusion within our talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience building and leading talent acquisition functions, ideally within complex programmes. You should be able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment and have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
