At Foxhills Collection, we are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.

We offer a competitive salary package of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for career advancement and professional development, as well as staff discounts on accommodations, dining, and other amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of front desk operations
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
