Role Overview

We are seeking qualified Psychology Tutors to join our team. As a Tutor, you will provide online academic support and guidance to students, preparing lesson plans, and conducting tutoring sessions. You may also be asked to set and mark work-packs without face-to-face tuition. Our Tutors are fully funded, and you will receive funding for any resources that you need in the preparation for your tutoring or work-pack creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality online tutoring sessions to students, utilizing your expertise in Psychology.
  • Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans, tailored to the needs of individual students.
  • Set and mark work-packs, providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, using our online administration platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Psychology, with a degree or higher in the subject.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable, but not essential, as all training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with students of various learning styles and levels.
  • Patience and dedication to helping students succeed.
  • A good internet connection and laptop are required.
