This is a hybrid role working 2 to 3 days in the office and the other days from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lending activity across the mortgage function through effective use of telephone and online sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the wider Sales and Key Accounts team to ensure delivery of commercial and service objectives.
  • Undertake a proactive contact strategy for new/existing brokers in a region, taking into account broker segmentation.
  • Manage a broker portfolio focusing on top specialist broker firms within Club/Network distribution to drive new registrations, DIPs, and FMAs business.
  • Support the Sales and Key Account team to achieve team-wide targets.
  • Participate in monthly calling campaigns led by corporate accounts to support a specific distributor.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience within a mortgage lending, sales, or broking based environment, strong relationship management experience, and understanding of the regulatory environment.
