About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in implementing pricing strategies and achieving optimal room occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  2. Ensure all related systems are correctly configured, validated, and functioning at full capacity.
  3. Identify top-producing accounts and ensure they receive proper recognition from our reservation staff.
  4. Coordinate group reservations activity with the sales department and revenue manager.

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

  1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to our success.
  2. Strong presentation and influencing skills to drive results.
  3. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  4. System literacy, including Opera or Opera Cloud, is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with the Opera system is mandatory.
