Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and efficiently.
  • To translate orders into a format that allows them to be processed smoothly through the system, in accordance with quality manual procedures.
  • To ensure stock allocation to each order without duplication, guaranteeing seamless order fulfillment.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve any issues that may impact on-time dispatch, including credit, availability, returns, and other potential issues.
  • To provide support to engineers with feedback on customer inquiries and provide assistance as required.
  • To prepare and distribute quotations in accordance with quality manual procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • To prepare and distribute dispatch documentation to ensure goods are dispatched on time, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • To liaise with product specialists and sales personnel in the UK on matters related to product specification or availability, ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • To offer support and guidance to customers as required, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
