Our client, a leading SaaS provider in expense management, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service and ensure customers can seamlessly manage their expenses.
About the RoleThis position offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to work from our office in Witney, enjoying 25 days holiday, plus your birthday off.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Data Privacy and Security: Uphold data privacy and security standards while handling sensitive customer information.
- A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Experience using helpdesk software (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for providing exceptional service.
