Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the goods-out team, overseeing inventory, order processing, distribution, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate operations, meeting company standards and targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
- Order Processing: Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
- Distribution: Manage distribution operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a similar fulfillment environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in a supervisor role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Certifications: Health and safety certification preferred, Lean Six Sigma certification or training advantageous.
