Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Ellery Hotel. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities

  1. Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and washing and ironing sheets.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and queries.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status and lost and found items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Over 1 year of housekeeping experience desired.
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
