Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Go Kart Track Marshal at Daytona Milton Keynes.

This is a full-time and part-time/flexible position that requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

The successful candidate will be based at Dansteed Way, Milton Keynes, MK13 8NP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the race circuit during events
  • Issuing accurate flags to drivers while they are racing

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensure the safety of drivers, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance to drivers on track rules and regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
