Support Assistant for Adults with Disabilities

Lifeways Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Assistant to join our team in Burnley. In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential support to adults with disabilities, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Assist adults with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
As a Support Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, while making a tangible impact on the lives of our service users.
The estimated salary range for this position is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
