Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and delivery of large-scale modular installations in a busy workshop environment, supervising a team of multidisciplinary in-house tradespeople.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of modular installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing construction trades, a strong background in carpentry, and a good knowledge of all construction trades, including electrics and plumbing.

They will be an excellent team leader with effective organisational and multitasking abilities, and possess excellent communication skills at all levels.

Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations, along with proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, is essential.

Additional skills in modular construction or kitchen installations, or familiarity with catering equipment and infrastructure solutions, are highly advantageous.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our Refurbishment division.
