About the Role:
The Product Development Lead will be responsible for leading product development teams in the design and development of electronic systems. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development teams in the design and development of electronic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience working in a consultancy or similar environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FPGA design
- Proficiency in circuit simulation tools like Spice or RF simulators
- Familiarity with motion control systems

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
