Job Title: Doors Sales Executive

The Doors Sales Executive is a key role within OKB KONE plc, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Midlands, Central Wales, and East Anglia regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on small repairs, modernization, and replacement of doors and gates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell KONE's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the KONE team to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and accurate information input and reporting in CRM.
  • Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise to identify new business potential.
  • Manage requests for quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery of quotes to customers.
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing targets, working closely with the Area Service Manager and local engineers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring KONE's solutions meet their requirements.
  • Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools, optimizing prices and discounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Travel to meet customers, undertaking site surveys to understand their needs and provide expert advice on KONE's products and services.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience or a technical background is essential, with a strong understanding of doors, gates, and shutters.
  • Sales and customer management experience is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving and finding solutions, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce.
