Job Title: Doors Sales Executive

The Doors Sales Executive is a key role within OKB KONE plc, responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction across the Midlands, Central Wales, and East Anglia regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and maximize KONE's order book and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the KONE team to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Proactively generate leads and opportunities from outside the current customer base.
  • Manage requests for quotations and ensure timely and accurate information input and reporting in CRM.
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Consult with the Area Service Manager and local engineers to ensure effective customer service.
  • Responsible for finding customer needs and ensuring KONE's solution meets those needs.
  • Optimize prices and discounts using approved tendering tools.
  • Travel to meet customers and undertake site surveys as required.
Requirements:
  • Industry experience or a technical background is essential.
  • Comfortable surveying all types of doors, gates, and shutters, with full training provided.
  • Sales and customer management experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills to gain access and work with external and internal networks.
  • Problem-solving and finding solutions.
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • CRM and Salesforce experience is desirable.
  • Customer-centric mindset – understanding what creates value to our customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Good IT skills, CRM (Salesforce).
