**Protocol Education Ltd: Special Needs Education Support Professional**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Education Support Professional to work with children who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Hounslow.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have SEND and a strong understanding of the principles of inclusive education. You will need to be patient, empathetic and able to build positive relationships with children and their families.

As a Special Needs Education Support Professional, you will work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to support children with their learning, including providing one-to-one support, small group work and assisting with classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEND in various settings
  • Develop and implement strategies to support children's learning
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver inclusive education
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months Primary teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of SEND and inclusive education
  • Patient and empathetic approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good spoken English
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
