About the Role:
Nacro, a national Social Justice Charity, seeks a Housing Support Worker to join its team in Bournemouth. As a key member of the Community Accommodation Support service (CAS), you will provide flexible and holistic support to residents with complex needs, helping them find and keep a stable home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients to comply with HDC/Bail conditions
- Develop and implement Support Plans, ensuring unique, inclusive, and person-centred approaches
- Provide weekly support sessions to engage residents with their Support Plans and contribute to achieving their objectives and aspirations
- Manage properties to ensure they meet Decent Homes Standard, reporting repairs and replacing furniture and equipment as needed
- Undertake basic cleaning tasks as required

- Ability to develop person-centred Support and Move On Plans
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Flexibility to travel within your allocated area for training and team meetings
- Familiarity with computer-based packages
