About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to a young service user in Bolton. The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver complex care services in the comfort of the service user\'s own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to the service user, including repositioning and attending to their needs and wants.
  • Make clinical observations and attend to the service user\'s clinical care needs when required.
  • Support the service user with their daily activities and promote their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the service user\'s family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care experience.

Requirements

  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration.
  • Personal Care.
  • Moving and Handling.
