Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bowling venue environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage shifts, covering the entire venue, and ensuring that all areas are staffed accordingly.
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimize costs, and maintain high-quality service.
  • Participate in all areas of the operation, from gaming to food and beverage, events, and labor, while maintaining required standards of operation.
  • Create a team-focused environment, encouraging a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience is essential.
  • A natural people person who prioritizes great customer service.
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to create a sense of fun and motivate a team while upholding standards and maintaining discipline.
  • Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure service meets stellar standards.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with diverse teams.
