Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our Warrington team, delivering high-quality design solutions for a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Review and interpret briefing information, selecting and applying appropriate design codes, standards, and software.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients and third-party stakeholders, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Ensure designs meet commercial requirements, assist in estimate production, and manage design changes efficiently.
About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of post-graduate experience in consultancy-based design.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical principles, particularly Temporary Works.
  • Experience in construction projects and application of construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software and finite element analysis.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of estimation for Civil Engineering design projects.
