Teaching Assistant for Communication Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for Communication Development. This role will involve working closely with students who require additional support with their communication skills.
The successful candidate will use creative methods to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, and will work closely with the lead teacher to develop personalized plans to improve the students' speech and language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students who require additional support with their communication skills
- Develop and implement personalized plans to improve students' speech and language skills
- Assist with shadowing professionals and using creative methods to build rapport and communicate effectively
Requirements:
- Bright graduate with a 2:1 or 1st class degree
- Strong GCSE and A-Level grades
- Strong passion for working with students with special needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary: £105-£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: Waltham Forest
