About the Role

Armstrong Knight is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, and other financial reports for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified (AAT or ACCA) and have significant experience gained from within the profession. You will be expected to work accurately under pressure, communicate effectively with clients, and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

A competitive remuneration package, estimated at £38,000 per annum, is offered to the successful candidate, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Year-end accounts preparation for both incorporated and unincorporated clients
  • Management accounts for multiple incorporated entities
  • Personal and corporation tax computations and returns
  • VAT returns
  • Payroll duties
  • Ad-hoc project work assistance for clients
  • Client liaison for account-related queries.
