Key Holder Role Overview

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Store Management team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where change and ideas are celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.
  • Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
  • Motivate and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet personal targets.
  • Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about the brand, and has experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Experience in managing a team on the shop floor is also desirable.
