The estimated salary range for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities

The Industrial Operations Director will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a team of 150 shift workers
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
