We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Our clients require care and support in their homes, with complex needs such as Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other conditions. Every day will be different, and you will face new challenges, but you will also have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have catheter care experience and possess a strong foundation in care, compassion, and resilience. We will provide full nurse-led training to support your development and ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.
