Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous hourly rate, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our residents. Your duties will include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You'll also be responsible for promoting the independence and dignity of our residents, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A minimum of Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is required, although training and development opportunities are available for those who wish to progress.
