Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Trauma Orthopaedic and Major Trauma Therapy Team at Manchester Royal Infirmary, a designated Major Trauma Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated occupational therapist to expand their expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be working with a diverse range of patient presentations, including complex polytraumas, minor head injuries, pelvic fractures, ortho-plastics, femoral fractures, and thoracic injuries.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality of patient care, while developing your leadership and teaching skills. You will work closely with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans, using advanced assessment, treatment, and discharge planning skills to optimise patient outcomes.
