Commercial Property Manager

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Our client, a specialist RICS commercial property management company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial assets in accordance with management agreements, ensuring compliance with RICS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Building Managers, Facilities Managers, Accounts, Graduates, and Contractors to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and administer service charge, budgets, and reconciliation in accordance with RICS guidelines.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, liaising with tenants and assisting Facilities Managers in assessing contractor performance.
  • Ensure tenants comply with lease obligations, maintaining a strong working relationship with leasing agents, solicitors, and external consultants.
  • Oversee the financial operations of your portfolio, ensuring accurate financial reporting as per client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial property legislation, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a commercial property manager, handling portfolios and clients.
  • Strong understanding of property accountancy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with market-leading commercial property management & CAFM software packages.
  • Valid driving license and vehicle required.
