Commercial Property Manager

Reed is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial assets in accordance with the management agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring compliance with management agreements.
  • Collaborate with Building Managers, Facilities Managers, Accounts, Graduates, and Contractors to achieve operational excellence.
  • Understand lease structures and interpretations to ensure effective property management.
  • Prepare and administer service charge, budgets, and reconciliation in accordance with RICS guidelines.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, liaising with tenants and assisting Facilities Managers in assessing contractor performance.
  • Ensure tenants comply with lease obligations.
  • Liaise with leasing agents, solicitors, and other external consultants to drive business growth.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting meets client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial property legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a commercial property manager handling portfolios and clients.
  • Strong understanding of property accountancy and IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with commercial property management software packages and a driving license.
  • Annual discretionary bonus and opportunity to join a separate long-term bonus scheme.
