Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our regional finance team, you will provide analytical support to the wider team, working closely with the Senior Business Partner to deliver robust and adaptive financial solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly rolling forecasts for the Corporate team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide detailed Client Profitability analysis for regional sites, utilizing various reports and systems to gather data and allocate costs effectively.
  • Produce accurate monthly hours reports for UK customers on the customer profitability list.
  • Support the EMEA Customer Profitability lead with client meetings, ad-hoc financial modeling, and BPC reporting.
  • Stewardship of automated customer profitability reporting, ensuring SAP COPA entries are loaded and reports produced and shared on time.
  • Support the finance business partners team with monthly month-end review process, reporting on actuals vs forecast/budget.
  • Involved in preparations of monthly rolling forecasts to the Corporate team.
  • Support the annual budget process by providing financial data to the budget owners and helping to complete budget templates for development and deployment sites.
  • Provide ad-hoc cost analysis, retrieving data from various systems to highlight overspend vs budget by site and by cost centre.
  • Analytical support on pricing and tender submissions for new and existing contracts.

Requirements

  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Microsoft Office abilities and experience with SAP preferred
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and large volumes of data
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively work with various functions across the business to gather financial and non-financial data.
  • Determination to get to the root cause of any data inaccuracies and resolve any issue
