Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its Global Leading Manufacturing business in Craigavon.

This opportunity offers a chance to work with a thriving business in a senior legal role, providing commercially focused legal advice for the company and its subsidiaries.

Your new role will be as the primary point of contact for day-to-day legal advice to the European Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-value commercial agreements, dispute management, property, competition law, regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
  2. Providing legal guidance to the business teams on all legal aspects of their responsibilities.
  3. Advising on compliance in relation to marketing, advertising, and brand licence terms.
  4. Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs/impacts of decisions/courses of action.
  5. Managing external legal counsel where appropriate.
  6. Working with internal business partners on proactive legal training.

Requirements:

  • High calibre experience in a fast-paced in-house legal team.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Flexibility to respond to emerging challenges and risks.
  • Full driving licence.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
