Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its Global Leading Manufacturing business in Craigavon.
This opportunity offers a chance to work with a thriving business in a senior legal role, providing commercially focused legal advice for the company and its subsidiaries.
Your new role will be as the primary point of contact for day-to-day legal advice to the European Executive and Senior Leadership Team.
You will have the opportunity to work on high-value commercial agreements, dispute management, property, competition law, regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Providing legal guidance to the business teams on all legal aspects of their responsibilities.
- Advising on compliance in relation to marketing, advertising, and brand licence terms.
- Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs/impacts of decisions/courses of action.
- Managing external legal counsel where appropriate.
- Working with internal business partners on proactive legal training.
Requirements:
- High calibre experience in a fast-paced in-house legal team.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Flexibility to respond to emerging challenges and risks.
- Full driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
