Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading Northern Ireland law firm to find a skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their award-winning team.
The Role:As a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor, you will take a leadership role within the Employment Law department, managing a wide range of complex legal matters and providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a portfolio of legal matters
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective legal strategies
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise in employment law
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in employment law
- Strong academic background in law, with a focus on employment law
- Proven track record in this area of law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients needs from a commercial perspective
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
