We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Signatus Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with a focus on employment matters.
As an Employment Solicitor, you will assist senior lawyers in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment work. You will also provide corporate support assistance to other commercial teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to gain exposure and learn from senior employment experts within their field. You will have the chance to grow your own profile and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Our client is a reputable commercial legal client based in Belfast, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about employment law and has a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior lawyers in employment matters
- Providing corporate support assistance to other commercial teams
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in commercial law, with a focus on employment matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
